Mulebuy QC photos checklist for Street Style finds

Use Mule Finds to shortlist categories and products, then use Mulebuy QC photos to decide whether an item is ready to ship. Platform facts checked on July 23, 2026.

01

Find the product intent here

Start with a focused category instead of a raw sheet. Save the title, product image, color, and price context before moving into the store or agent workflow.

02

Wait for warehouse arrival

Mulebuy's flow places QC after seller acceptance and domestic transit. Once the item reaches the warehouse, QC photos appear in the Warehouse section of the buyer account.

03

Review before shipping

If something looks wrong, handle return, exchange, or after-sales before the parcel leaves the warehouse. Mulebuy says after-sales claims must be filed before warehouse shipment.

What to check

Use QC as a visible-evidence review, not a guarantee.

Mulebuy's own QC page separates what warehouse staff can inspect from what they cannot verify. This checklist keeps that boundary clear for sneaker, hoodie, bag, jersey, watch, and accessory searches.

Match the ordered item

Compare the product title, color, model, version, quantity, and visible design against the Street Style or spreadsheet item you saved before opening the agent path.

Scan visible condition

Mulebuy says QC covers appearance signals such as color, large damage, stains, scratches, deformation, and basic product integrity after warehouse arrival.

Check sizing evidence

Use visible size tags first. If sizing is still unclear, request extra photos or measurements before submitting international shipping.

Know the limits

Mulebuy says QC photos are for reference and do not fully certify quality. Hidden defects, material composition, durability, waterproofing, battery health, and sealed-package interiors are outside normal QC scope.

Extra photos

Ask for proof when the standard set is not enough.

Standard warehouse photos are useful for broad confirmation. For sizing, logo placement, stitching, labels, or suspected defects, write a specific request before international shipping.

Front, back, side, logo, tag, sole, label, stitching, or defect close-ups.Flat measurements for tops, pants, shorts, bags, or accessories when size charts are unclear.Retake requests when a standard warehouse photo is unclear.Extra-photo requests for specific angles; Mulebuy's older help page lists extra photos as a paid value-added service.

Before parcel submission

Connect QC photos to source links and shipping decisions.

A QC review is strongest when the saved product URL, selected options, warehouse photos, and parcel checklist all point to the same item record.

Category notes

QC priorities change by product type.

Use these Mule Finds categories as the starting point, then adjust your QC photo request to the item.
