Shipping checklist
Mulebuy shipping checklist before parcel submission
Use this page before paying international shipping. The goal is to catch source-link, QC photo, sizing, packaging, and route issues while the item can still be reviewed.
Before shipping
Check the item while it is still in the warehouse.
Most product-level issues are easier to handle before the parcel leaves the warehouse. Keep the source link, item notes, and QC photos together.
Confirm the product title, color, version, size, quantity, and source link.Review all available QC photos before submitting the parcel.Request extra photos or measurements if tags, logos, sizing, or defects are unclear.Check item weight, estimated parcel volume, and whether packaging choices change the shipping cost.Resolve returns, exchanges, or after-sales questions before the warehouse ships the parcel.
Parcel prep
Check the route, package, and record before paying.
The cheapest route is not always the cleanest route. Compare cost with restrictions, tracking, package protection, and destination-country risk.
Compare available shipping routes for speed, restrictions, tracking visibility, and cost.Check whether volumetric weight or actual weight is likely to control the final price.Choose packaging options that match the item risk, not only the lowest quoted price.Save parcel photos, tracking number, declared-value notes, and destination details.Track the parcel after dispatch and keep customs or tax notes with the order record.
